Summer Skin Policies


It is the patient’s responsibility to know and understand all policies before booking their appointment. If you have any questions or concerns regarding these policies, please reach out to us before booking!

Our Cancellation Policy

We value our time just as much as our patients. Our patients have until the end of the prior business week before their appointment to reach out to us via voicemail, text, email, or IG message, to inform us of needing to cancel/reschedule. This means you will need to reach out to us by the Friday before your appointment to cancel. If you need to cancel or reschedule and it is after the week prior, you will lose your appointment deposit. We understand things come up, and we hope you understand the policy to protect our small business. If you have pre-paid for a service(s), you may lose your service(s), because you blocked off a time slot. Once an appointment cancellation is initiated, the appointment is cancelled and will remain cancelled.

For Example:

Appointments Monday have 3 days before their appointment to cancel.

Appointments Wednesday have 5 days before their appointment to cancel.

Appointments Friday have 7 days before their appointment to cancel.

Appointments Saturday cannot be canceled or rescheduled.

Saturday Appointments and Cancellations

Since our Saturday hours have shortened, we would prefer Saturday’s to be for those who cannot make it in during the weekdays. Saturday hours are limited, so patients must pay in full for services booked on Saturday. Saturday appointments cannot be cancelled or rescheduled. If this appointment is cancelled at any time, the patient loses their deposit. If the service(s) was pre-paid, the patient may lose their service(s).

Rescheduling

We understand life gets hectic, but we would appreciate our time being respected. Each patient gets one opportunity to reschedule their appointment, before losing all current deposits. Any rescheduling needs to take place the Friday prior to your appointment. Any time after this will result in you losing your deposit. Saturday appointments cannot be rescheduled.

Deposits

Deposits must be paid within 12 hours of booking, otherwise the appointment will be declined.

Not Confirming Your Appointment Time

Our appointment system sends appointment confirmations. Not confirming your appointment does not get you out of our cancellation policy. If you do not cancel or reschedule within the appropriate time frame, you will lose your deposit.

TOX Touch Ups

The patient has two weeks to let us know if there is an issue with their tox. If a touch up is needed, the patient has a strict 12-14 day window after the initial tox appointment to receive a free touch up. After day 14, the touch up is no longer free.

Weight Loss Injections

It is the patients responsibility to triple check their syringes before they leave. Your injections pass through two people before being given to you, but mistakes can happen! If there is an issue with your injections, you have 48 hours to reach out and let us know about the issue. Prefilled syringes are likely to spill out if they aren’t handled with proper care. Summer Skin is not required to refill syringes that leak/spilled.

Changing Services Booked

It is important to be confident in the services you are booking. If not, that is why we offer consultations. For example, if you book for “tox” and a “lip mini”, but decide during your appointment you no longer want the lip mini, that is considered a cancellation. We blocked time out of our schedule to perform the service for you and it is no longer being performed. This took time out of our schedule that someone else could have used to book. Please refer to our cancellation policy for further details on our cancellation policy.

Late policy

We value our time as much as yours! Please plan accordingly for your appointment. If you are late, it throws our entire schedule off, and the other patient’s schedules that were respectfully on time. If you know you struggle with being on time, give yourself the extra 5-10 minutes to be punctual. We understand there is traffic, so please take in to account any possibilities that can occur on your way to your appointment. If a patient is 10 minutes late, Summer Skin holds the right to charge a $100 late fee. If you are more than 10 minutes late, Summer Skin holds the right to cancel your appointment and keep your deposit. Please refer to the cancelation policy for further details.

Children

To ensure a comfortable environment for all our guests, we kindly request that you please inquire with us prior to bringing children along. This helps us accommodate everyone's needs effectively. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Financing Fee

Cherry is a financing program we offer that doesn’t do credit checks, and lets patients pay off their services over time. Cherry charges us a service fee for using them for financing. The minimum fee to use Cherry is $100. After a purchase exceeds $900, the fee is increased.

Refunds

There will be no refunds on deposits, services provided, or gift cards. By booking your appointment, you acknowledge that you have read our policies and agree. You accept the full responsibility and financial obligation should any complications arise.

Bullying

Summer Skin has a zero-tolerance policy for bullying and threats. We are committed to fostering a safe and inclusive community, and any instance of such behavior will be taken seriously, leading to appropriate action, including account suspension or termination. We encourage respectful communication and collaboration among our business.

Additional Fees

Summer Skin has the right to add any previously unpaid fees to any future appointment. If there are unpaid fees, Summer Skin holds the right to collect back pay at any time.
